Zandra Jones has been a ground breaking and leading influence in call centers for 15 years. Working predominantly with Auto Dealers creating processes that have become industry standards and building business development centers that revolutionized how Dealers sell vehicles and interact with their customers. Zandra has been highly sought after by dealerships, fortune 500 companies and OEM’s. During her time within dealerships, she sat on the Ford Global Internet Best Practices Board that set the acceptable standards for Internet sales. Being a highly sought after Business Development Director, she has worked in Washington, California and Texas bringing several dealerships to success.
Due to overwhelming demand, in 2006 she left the day to day dealership to become a consultant trainer for automotive dealerships. After having a large Dealership base in Texas, seeing a industry in desperate need, Zandra along with partner Dean Jones formed a new company, which included a off site call center and live chat center, Point of Contact Texas Inc., expanding her expertise and the companies clients throughout the US, Canada and the UK. Zandra is continuing blaze new trails and improve herself, her business and everyone she comes in contact with through her efforts. Many positive changes and has continued to grow with over 900 clients and 50 employees to serve them.
After building a successful customer service center, Zandra along with Dean set their sights on real estate investing. They founded Born Again Renovations, LLC with a uncompromising drive to succeed amazing things have happened for Born Again Renovations. Since inception Born Again Renovations have been helping homeowners improve communities in each and every city they work in. Redeveloping a large number of single family and multi-family properties revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership.
Seeing the need for a property management company geared specifically toward investors, Born Again Rentals LLC was formed.

Christi started her career in childcare teaching Preschool for 9 years then advancing to childcare administration 7 years ago. Over the years, she has worked with private childcare facilities and with local school districts . Two years ago, she decided to make a change and moved To Point of Contact and was a successful customer service agent. She loves the work, the people, and the challenges she faces each day. She moved up from customer service to the position of Property Acquisition Assistant at Born Again Rentals, and she’s never been happier. She loves seeking out owners and operators who are looking for the best opportunities to have a stress free life by allowing us to manage their properties. She has done a great job working with investors and finding property’s and building rapport with sellers. She loves the company, her coworkers and everything that comes along with the job.
